Fine Art
Here are some recent paintings I’ve created for local businesses in St. Augustine. Stepping away from the computer screen and working with my hands is a refreshing part of my creative process. Alongside my digital design work, I enjoy incorporating hand-painted elements into environmental design projects, adding a sense of warmth and character that can’t be replicated on a screen.
The above project was for a church in Jacksonville. They wanted their prize stand to match the hand-doodled feel of the rest of the children’s building.
So I painted all of the cabinetry with a 1” square brush.
The Angel was a mural I did for a bed & breakfast in Downtown St. Augustine called “Lion’s and Lanterns.”
Done in black acrylic paint. I added dimension by making the columns part of the piece.
My favorite painting from 2025, “Be Still and Know.”
Done in acrylic paint on canvas. This was a commission for a jewelry store on Anastasia Island, “Lane Jewelers.”
